Notice is hereby given of that a Special General Meeting of members of Bateau Bay Man’s Shed Inc will be held at the Shed, 1 Bay Village Rd, Bateau Bay on Tuesday 24^th May 2011 commencing at 10am.

Business:

Adoption of new Constitution incorporating amendments of previous Model Rules.

Only the above nominated business may be discussed at the meeting.
